And they can’t put the knowledge they acquire into practice on the job. To change that, we founded the Mehnert Academy.

A new kind of training facility.

The idea behind the Mehnert Academy is for participants to gain practical experience in handling the machines. That’s why, in addition to new media, the Mehnert Academy primarily uses our customers’ original machines. During training, the participants learn how to deal with challenges they will face on the job – but under expert guidance and without the time pressure of an ongoing production process. This is how we combine theory and practice under real-world conditions to create a lasting experience. Back on the job, participants can immediately put their new skills to use. This quickly proves beneficial when operating the machine.
